Repairs are priced in writing before we start. Replacements come as written options. Every dollar figure on this page is an example the owner replaces with real prices.
Repairs
Diagnostic visit $129 example
Applied to the repair if you go ahead. The repair price is written down before any work starts.
Tune-ups
One-time tune-up $189 example
Heating or cooling. Includes a written condition report and photos of anything worth watching.
Replacements
Free home comfort visit
About an hour. You get good, better and best options with model numbers, and the rebates you qualify for.
The Comfort Plan
Two visits a year, priority booking, and a repair discount. Cancel any time.

Financing
Spread the cost of a new system over monthly payments through a third-party lender. Apply at the visit or after you have your written options.
Example: $12,000 financed over 120 months at 7.99% APR is about $146 a month. Subject to credit approval. Rates and terms are set by the lender and may differ. Tolmie Heating & Air is not a lender.
Rebates
Utility and state rebates change through the year. We check what you qualify for at the visit and send you the official program link so you can see it for yourself.
Start with your utility's rebate page and the Washington State Department of Commerce. The federal heat pump tax credit (25C) ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025.
