Ductless mini-splits for South Sound homes
For homes on baseboard heat or oil, additions, and the room that is always cold.

How it works
Ductless heat pumps put a slim head on the wall of each zone and connect it to one quiet outdoor unit. No ducts to build, each room set to its own temperature. They are the usual answer for homes heated by electric baseboards or an oil furnace with no usable ductwork.
Signs it is time to call
- Electric baseboard heat and high winter bills
- An addition, bonus room or ADU with no ducts
- One upstairs room that overheats every summer
- You want cooling without opening walls
What happens when you book
- We walk the house with you and agree where each head goes and where the lines run
- Line sets are tucked into a painted cover on the outside wall, not left loose
- Most single-zone installs take a day; multi-zone homes take two
- You leave with a printed sheet for each remote and the filter cleaning schedule
What changes the price
- Number of zones (heads) and the size of each room
- Distance from the outdoor unit to each head
- Wall type and how the lines can be routed
- Whether a new circuit is needed at the panel

The tech texted a photo before he arrived, showed me the bad part, and gave me the price before touching anything. That is all I wanted.
Do the indoor heads look bulky?
They are about the size of a long shoebox and sit high on the wall. We also install ceiling cassettes and slim floor units where a wall head would look wrong.
Can I turn off my baseboards?
Most owners use the baseboards only as a backup once the mini-split is in. We size the system so the heads carry the load on a normal winter day.
